El consejero anima a los empresarios a desarrollar nuevas tecnologías en los sistemas tradicionales de producción

El consejero de Innovación, Industria, Turismo y Comercio, Francisco Martín, ha cerrado hoy la jornada Factoría de futuro Cantabria que se ha celebrado en el salón de actos de su consejería, en el PCTCAN, afirmando que «la innovación no es un discurso político, sino nuestra vocación». Martín ha animado a los empresarios de Cantabria a desarrollar e implementar nuevas tecnologías en los sistemas tradicionales de producción y ha dejado claro que el Gobierno sólo es dinamizador y coordinador del proceso, porque los verdaderos protagonistas son los empresarios. Asimismo ha asegurado que «la innovación no está relacionada con la pérdida de puestos de trabajo, sino con su creación».

El consejero de Innovación ha ratificado su compromiso y el del Gobierno de Cantabria al apoyo a la generación y al mantenimiento de los sistemas innovadores, para que los sistemas de investigación, desarrollo e innovación industrial cada vez más se fundamente en redes de cooperación en toda la cadena de las fábricas de Cantabria.

La jornada, organizada por la Dirección General de Innovación, Desarrollo Tecnológico y Emprendimiento Industrial, ha ofrecido una visión global de los recursos existentes en torno a la Industria 4.0 con el fin de acelerar la inversión de las empresas cántabras en tecnologías de la información y la comunicación.

En la reunión, donde han participado unos cuarenta empresarios, donde nuestros compañeros Marcos Díaz Director General de Maflow Spain Automotive, acompañado de José Antonio Blázquez Responsable de Producción, han valorado muy positivamente esta jornada, también ha intervenido el jefe de Producción de Sonae Auauco, Ángel García Bombín que ha tratado sobre la implantación de la Industria 4.0 en la industria tradicional. También han intervenido Bruno Cendón, director técnico de la empresa TST, que se ha referido a los casos prácticos de aplicación de Industria 4.0 desde el punto de vista «del Internet de las cosas»; Francisco Jariego, presidente del consejo de la consultora FOM AT, que ha dado una visión de los modelos de la Industria 4.0 desde el punto de vista estratégico y Verónica Pascual Boe, presidenta de la Comisión de Industria 4.0 de AMETIC que intervino por medio de una video conferencia.

La jornada se abrió con las palabras del director general de Innovación, Desarrollo Tecnológico y Emprendimiento Industrial, Jorge Muyo, explicando las claves de la Estrategia de Innovación de Cantabria, donde se da prioridad a la formación y a la capacitación personal, así como a la puesta en valor de los habilitadores tecnológicos regionales, al apoyo y a la implementación de proyectos industriales 4.0 a partir de una línea de ayudas específica, y a la identificación de los vectores tecnológicos del sector a través de la generación de sistemas de vigilancia y de prospección tecnológica.

Maflow Spain leaves for Morocco on a Spanish trade mission.

Six companies from Cantabria are participating in a trade mission to Morocco, from November 6 to 11 in Casablanca and Tangier.

This mission, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Cantabria and Regional Development Society of Cantabria, aims to explore partnership and business opportunities with economic operators in Morocco, said a statement from SODERCAN, transmitted by the MAP.

The delegation will include officials and company representatives, among which include Gabriel Higuera, Purchasing Manager and Enrique Perera, Commercial Manager of Maflow Spain Automotive specializing in piping for mobile cooling systems and automotive fluids producer Borygo, AC Proyectos S.L. , Genetracer Biotech S.L. , Klinker Covadonga S.L., SIECSA S.A. and Lasarte S.A. .

In addition to B2B meetings, these companies will hold meetings with institutional stakeholders, including the commercial office of the Spanish Embassy, the House of Commerce, Industry and Services of Casablanca and Professional Organizations.

The Spanish delegation will also visit the Tangier Med port and industrial complex, in particular the new development areas Tangier Free Zone and Tangier Automotive City, to explore opportunities for collaboration with the business fabric in Cantabria.

TOUR visits the Bosch Competence Center facilities in Santander

El pasado 29 de junio, GIRA y BSH España celebraron una jornada de encuentro en el Bosch Competence Center de Santander, centrada en torno a la innovación como motor del sector industrial.

A este encuentro asistieron las principales empresas del sector de automoción de Cantabria como BRIDGESTONE, CHASSIS BRAKES INTERNATIONAL SPAIN, ECRIMESA, ROBERT BOSCH ESPAÑA FÁBRICA TRETO, TALLERES ORAN y representantes de entidades públicas y empresariales como CENTRO TECNOL ÓGICO DE COMPONENTES, SODERCAN y UNIVERSIDAD DE CANTABRIA.

El acto fue inaugurado por Byron Vargas, director de la fábrica de Santander y sirvió para conocer y debatir sobre buenas praxis y posibles sinergias entre las empresas del sector, así como para dar a conocer las nuevas instalaciones de Step Valve como ejemplo de industria 4.0.

En su ponencia, Byron Vargas destacó la larga trayectoria de BSH en el sector industrial y la apuesta del grupo por seguir innovando en diferentes áreas.
Martin Oberhomburg, jefe de proyecto de Step Valve, explicó a los asistentes el gran reto que supuso poner en marcha dicho proyecto y los beneficios que esta solución aporta en el mercado de placas de gas. Raúl Abad, jefe de producción de Step Valve, mostró las instalaciones, que los asistentes calificaron como referentes en la región. La jornada finalizó con una experiencia de cocina en vivo, realizada en las instalaciones del Bosch Competence Center.

Maflow Spain attends the GIRA Innovation Committee Meeting

On July 8th, the GIRA Innovation Committee met at the Technology Center for Components.

This meeting was attended by the heads of the innovation departments of the associated companies and entities: CENTRO TECNOLÓGICO DE COMPONENTES, CHASSIS BRAKES INTERNATIONAL, BRIDGESTONE, ECRIMESA, INDUSTRIAS JACINTO HERRERO, MAFLOW SPAIN AUTOMOTIVE, represented by José Antonio Blázquez, TALLERES ORAN, ROBERT BOSCH ESPAÑA FÁBRICA TRETO and UNIVERSITY OF CANTABRIA.

The day began with a presentation of background information and previous experiences in tracking people and objects, and then moved on to defining a joint project for a traceability system that would allow companies to gain competitiveness and security.

Monitoring Maflow Spain's contribution to the Vicente Ferrer Foundation housing construction project

This housing project covers 26 families in the village of REDDIPALLI, BK SAMUDRAM area, thanks to the collaboration of MAFLOW SPAIN AUTOMOTIVE, SL. The beneficiary families are identified by the CDC, since the Committee members are the ones who agree together with RDT the requirements that must be met to obtain housing.

Gradually, along with the construction of housing, an association for women and/or people with disabilities was established. Its purpose is to raise awareness of their rights as active members of the community. Furthermore, the construction of housing developments encourages the continued existence of a stable population center and promotes social integration, fostering a sense of community cohesion.

The homes are registered in the name of the female member of the family. This ensures, on the one hand, that the woman has a property in her own name, as this rarely occurs in rural India, and on the other hand, that in the event of widowhood or abandonment by her husband, the woman can continue living in the home.

Current status of construction: Construction of the housing development is progressing normally. Construction began in July 2015 and is expected to be completed on schedule. The 26 homes are in intermediate stages. The homes will be completed by July 2016.
