MAFLOW SPAIN shares successful experiences related to intelligent automation.
FACYL and GIRA are organizing a conference in Santander to share successful experiences related to intelligent automation.
On Wednesday, September 20, nearly thirty experts from the Cantabrian automotive sector met at the conference "Intelligent Automation Solutions Applied to the Automotive Industry," organized by the automotive clusters GIRA and FACYL. Five member companies of the Castilla y León Automotive Cluster FACYL presented best practices aimed at optimizing process efficiency by applying Industry 4.0 skills.
Following the opening of the event by GIRA Manager Celia Monsalve Saiz and FACYL Director Ana Núñez Nava, five presentations were made by the companies INDUSTRIAS MAXI, POTENCIA Y CONTROL, MANTENEO, INTEROB and DGH INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE.
Throughout the presentations, 10 practical cases were presented demonstrating the competitive advantage that can be achieved through the integration of collaborative robots, artificial vision, 3D vision, or AGVs to achieve greater efficiency in the manufacturing process.
The success stories presented today at Santander demonstrate the potential of "Industry 4.0" technologies to introduce significant improvements in process traceability, in part verification and control processes on the manufacturing line itself, and in the automation of complex processes such as welding.
Among the attendees were representatives of ROBERT BOSCH ESPAÑA FABRICA DE TRETO, PLADOMIN, GSW, TALLERES ORAN, NISSAN CANTABRIA, EDSCHA SANTANDER, ECRIMESA, INDUSTRIAS JACINTO HERRERO, MECANOR, CENTRO TECNOLOGICO DE COMPONENTES, ENWESA OPERACIONES, SODERCAN and MAFLOW SPAIN, represented by José Antonio Blázquez, Production Manager and Luis Senach, Engineering Manager of Maflow Spain Automotive , leader in manufacturing of pipes and assembly for mobile refrigeration equipment systems and manufacturer of BORYGO automotive fluids .
The opportunity to share opinions and proposals was particularly important, and the various presentations provided an opportunity to address questions regarding intelligent automation.
