Maflow Spain and its success through Lean Manufacturing

The Lean Conference took place on October 1st in the SODERCAN Auditorium. Maflow Spain, as a manufacturer of automotive components and vehicle fluids , couldn't miss this event.

The main objective of this meeting, organized by the consulting firm ML Group, was to convey to Cantabrian companies, not in a conceptual way, but in a clear and practical way, the actions that leading companies in their sectors are taking to remain profitable in times of crisis.

Pablo Salces, Department of Engineering – Methods, and Ana Bondjale , Head of Communications at Maflow Spain, attended at the invitation of Julen Galarza Badiola, Managing Director of ML Group. Both professionals shared their impressions and experiences of continuous improvement. They also explained the enormous benefit that implementing the Lean Manufacturing philosophy in its processes has brought to Maflow Spain, thanks to which it has increased the profitability of operations across its entire value chain.
