MAFLOW SPAIN AUTOMOTIVE

It has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation, and thanks to which it has optimized the direct labor team in the Production area through an evaluation and analysis of functional polyvalence as well as an operational audit of key business processes, optimization analysis of these and proposals for cost savings to support the creation and consolidation of innovative companies.

With this, Maflow has achieved a clear improvement in the general communication levels by involving the general project to a large part of the plant staff and a development of tools that can be reused later in the plant: evaluation of direct labor-operators and creation of internal processes for its periodic evaluation (January 2021). The project has been supported by the InnoCámaras Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Cantabria.
