Santander reiterates its support for the projects of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation

The City Council of Santander today praised the work of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation with the most disadvantaged in India and reiterated its support for the projects it has underway.

The acting mayor of Santander, César Díaz, and the Councilor for Development Cooperation, Carmen Ruiz, have shown their support to this Foundation after receiving its president, Anna Ferrer, with whom the consistory maintains a commitment to collaborate in the projects it carries out to improve the living conditions of the most disadvantaged communities in India.

The visit is part of Ferrer's tour of the cities that support the Foundation's work, on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Foundation's presence in Spain.

The meeting was also attended by the general director of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, Jordi Folgado; the delegate in Cantabria, Xabier Orueta; Marcos Díaz, general director of Maflow Spain Automotive, an automotive company with an important innovative development, volunteers of the foundation, and representatives of collaborating entities in Santander and Cantabria, such as the Association of Property Administrators, the Association of Veterinarians, the 10,000 of Soplao and the Marisma Wellness Center.

MAFLOW SPAIN AUTOMOTIVE collaborates with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation by contributing to the project that will allow the construction of a colony of 26 houses in the village of Reddipalli in the area of B.K. Samudram, region of B.K. Samudram.
