Luz Africa was created in 2012 by a group of health professionals in order to improve the health of disadvantaged populations and train other professionals in the acquisition and improvement of health procedures to increase their capabilities and quality of life.

Since 2005, the organization's volunteers have been equipping a hospital in Benin to achieve its goals.

All participants in the missions are volunteers and are responsible for their own travel expenses. The entry visa to Benin for all volunteers was assumed by Luz Africa.

Food and lodging expenses in Benin are paid by the counterpart, the Hospital of the Brothers of St. John of God.

MAFLOW RECEIVES THE VISIT OF THE STUDENTS OF THE RED CROSS OPERATOR COURSE

During the morning of Monday 25th, we received the visit of a group of students from the Manufacturing Industry Operator course to visit our plant in situ.

This very well organized group was accompanied at all times by their instructors Ana and Marian, showing great interest in all the production and assembly lines.

Francisco Rodríguez, Sara, Esther and Teresa Iglesias were responsible for showing the facilities to our colleagues.

After a few words of welcome and a company presentation, we proceeded to show each position and function of the operator, automation processes and pipe cutting for air conditioning and mobile refrigeration systems, until we reached the Borygo production line, the prestigious antifreeze / refrigerant that continues to innovate and protect your engine components from corrosion, cavitation and extreme temperatures.

A GREAT EFFORT, FROM A GREAT TEAM

La Gallofa Cantbasket brought the curtain down on the season in Burgos in a very close game.

By very little and in the last seconds. La Gallofa Cantbasket could not finish the 2018/19 season with a victory. The Cantabrian team lost to the second-ranked UBU Tizona, 77-74, in a very even game, with alternations in the scoreboard throughout the forty minutes, and that was decided in favor of the team from Burgos in the Polideportivo Municipal El Plantío in the final stretch of the game, thanks to a last partial of 18-15.

For us, we are left with the good taste of the effort made throughout the season, sending our express thanks to the team and especially to the great fans.

Cantbasket 04 is a basketball club based in Santander, founded in 2004. We have teams in all school and federated categories in Cantabria. Our first team competes at national level in Liga E.B.A, known with the name of our official sponsor "La Gallofa" and sponsored among others by Borygo, automotive liquids produced in Maflow Spain Automotive. Since 2009, the women's teams have their own prominence in C.B Nemesis.

AT MAFLOW SPAIN AUTOMOTIVE WE ARE PROUD TO RECEIVE THE AWARD "SOLIDARIO ONCE CANTABRIA 2017".

Tomorrow 15th at 19:00 will be officially presented the award "Solidarity ONCE Cantabria 2017". From Maflow Spain Automotive we are extremely proud to receive this award.

The ONCE Cantabria Solidarity Awards 2017 are aimed at people in the region, entities, institutions, media and companies that carry out solidarity work in their area of influence, seeking the social inclusion of all citizens.

In the Company category, the award went to MAFLOW, a company in the automotive sector belonging to the Polish Boryszew Group, for outstanding business management accompanied by social commitment, based on the incorporation of women, the hiring of people with disabilities and a commitment to young people. To date, 23 people with disabilities have been progressively incorporated into the company's workforce.
