According to the study “5th Adecco Report: Where to find a job if you are unemployed” , recently published by the company Adecco , the automotive sector is one of those with the highest demand for workers for 2014. Specifically, Adecco explains that the automotive sector is one of the areas that performed best throughout 2013, while, in 2014, exports linked to this industry and the increase in registrations in Spain suggest that the good performance of the productive fabric will be reflected in the creation of jobs.

In this sense, Adecco Automotive believes that in 2014, thanks to the sector's growth forecasts, the number of employees will increase demand for specialist operators in the automotive industry. This professional profile has maintained a higher-than-average level of demand in recent years, despite the crisis. This position works within a production line or assembly line, and their duties include screwing, assembling, wiring, and handling parts, as well as their verification and recovery within the chain.

For this profile, according to Adecco Automotive, the title of vocational training or the Course of Intermediate Grade in technical branches, as well as experience in assembly and assembly of components in series, in addition to previous experience in the automotive sector.
