AEDIPE Industry Forum 2020 at Maflow Spain Automotive

Several HR managers from various companies in Cantabria met at our facilities with the Minister of Innovation, Industry, Transport, and Commerce of the Cantabrian government, Francisco Martín, for a conference to discuss the employment situation in Cantabrian industry.

On Friday morning, February 14th, a meeting was organized at Maflow with several HR managers from different companies in Cantabria, including: Olga Dasgoas Rodríguez – FAED Group , Jose Antonio Alonso – Moehs , Rafael Moreno – I. Blansol , Samuel Gonzalez – SEG Automotive , Rosa Castrillo – GSW , Patricia Arteaga – Edscha , Sergio Gutierrez – Sidenor , Javier Gonzalez – Armando Alvarez , Vanessa Lopez – Fundiciones CARG , Blanca Curiel – GOF Group , Javier Zaballa – Consorcio , Rafael Tello – Fluor Derivatives , Rafael Rodríguez – Mademan Group , Javier Lopez – SMC , Luis Alberto Mena – Ferroatlantica , María Gomez – TIM and Teresa Iglesias – Maflow .

The program began at 10:30 a.m. with a welcome ceremony and a tour of the factory facilities, leading to the training classroom. A meeting followed, in which current issues such as the employment situation, staff recruitment, absenteeism, and ITSS sanctions were addressed. The event was closed by the Minister of Industry, Francisco Martín.

1. New niches for recruiting operational personnel
2. Employment situation in Cantabria and synergies that can be achieved within the group through the transfer of profiles between industrial companies
3. Absenteeism data for 2019
4. ITSS work record and sanctions
