Maflow Spain participates in the meeting of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Cantabria

On the 17th, the Magdalena Palace hosted the "Talent in Cantabria" conference. Maflow Spain , the manufacturer of BORYGO antifreeze and vehicle air conditioning systems, was represented by Teresa Iglesias, Human Resources Director of Maflow Group.

The objective was clear: to recruit female talent in Cantabria and bring new faces and proposals to the initiative, which, since 2011, has sought to highlight the role of women in society and give voice to their opinions. The initiative has the support of the General Directorate of Equality, Women, and Youth of the Government of Cantabria, the Santander City Council, the Cantabrian CEOE (Spanish Association of Workers' Organizations), and the University of Cantabria.

Early in the morning, the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain held a breakfast discussion featuring candidates and finalists from previous editions of the ranking. In the afternoon, the conference "Why can you too be one of the Top 100?" was given by Mercedes Wullich, director of Mujeres&Cía. and promoter of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain.

The Top 100, Celia Sánchez, a scientist, and Silvia Leal, an innovation expert, shared their own experiences as women leaders in an open interview with the meeting attendees. This interview, in which both offered their reflections on the situation of women, served as the basis for the debate "Glass Ceiling or Cliff?"

The first event of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain concluded with a cocktail party where participants took the opportunity to network and exchange ideas and suggestions.
